services include Nursing Home Care, Independent Living
Villages and Day Services for older persons in South Dublin
as well as Social Action Projects including Addiction Support

At Beaufort Day Care Centre, the wellbeing of the older person is at the forefront of what we do. A place for friendship, good food and group activities. Our meals and activities are designed to support older community members in South County Dublin who reside in HSE CHO 6.
